I need your John Hancock = I need your signature: 당신의 서명이 필요합니다. 
cf) John Hancock은 미국 독립선언문에 서명한 독립투사중에 가장 크고 멋있게 자기 이름을 싸인한 사람 이름으로, "서명" 이라는 고유명사로 쓰임. 

Can I have your autograph?: 싸인 부탁드려요.  
유명한 사람들에게는 (Signature보다는) autograph라는 단어를 사용.

          (계약을 체결하기 위해서는 당신의 존 행칵이 필요해요)

Foreigner : You need my what? 
              (나의 무엇이 필요하다고요??)

Native : I mean your signature. 
          (당신의 서명이요)

              (아 그렇군요. 공증은 할 필요는 없나요?)

Native : No, it won't be necessary.
          (아니요 그러실 필요 없어요)

         (선생님 사진에다가 싸인 좀 해 주세요)

Celebrity : Certainly. 
                  (그럼요)

Boy : How kind of you. Thanks a million!
         (친절도 하셔라, 정말 고맙습니다)

Celebrity : You're welcome
