Formal  email

Dear Kofi Banta,

Thank you so much for getting back to me regarding your company's new R&D report. Your information was quite useful. I'm emailing you now to let you know that our company is very interested in a joint venture after much consideration. We would like to invite you and your team to our office here in Los Angeles early next month to discuss the details in person. We'd love to cover your flight and accommodation as well.

Thank you very much again for your excellent report. I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

Thank you,

Marcha Brady

Summary for upper emails

In email 2 and 3, Courtney informs Amanda of the CEO's visit next month and reminds her to submit the TPS reports to Mike today. She'll tell Amanda more about the visit later. Amanda responds by telling her that she agrees about the preparations and that she's already turned in the TPS report.

Please keep it in mind

Modern expressions like "OMG"(oh my god) and "LOL"(laugh out loud) are only for texting informally with your friends and ar NOT okay in any kind of business email, neither formal nor informal. For informal and brief business emails, it's fine to use common classics like "ASAP"(as soon as possible)and "FYI"(for your information).
