I wanted inform you that the schedule will be very demanding, so I thought I'd give you an overview.There will be small presentations all morning from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The conference will then give a buffet lucn in the main hall. How are things? Just to let you know, we have an emergency meeting at 4 p.m. today. There's been another issue with the Sao Paolo account. They said that they were billed too much again, so we ned to fix probelms with accouting.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I agree with your ideas on the product launch. We'll discuss it at tomorrow's meeting. Also, I think we should try to bring up the issues we've been gaving with the HR department. A lot of us feel uncomfortable with the new rules, so I think we should bring it up to Mr.Thompson.

By the way, are we still on for lunch tomorrow, or will you be busy with those new clients?
