When it comes to shopping, I don't like spending time walking around shopping malls.
So, I prefer shopping online.

Not only that, because of my busy work on weekdays, I try to spend more time with my kids on weekends.

 

Well, I remember when I shopped online a month ago.

I was planning to travel to Japan for my family holiday.

I wanted to buy something for the trip.

I bought a pair of jeans, a blue sweater, and even a hat.

The shipping was pretty fast.

 

However, everything I got was little different from what I expected.

I was very disappointed.

There was nothing I could do.

So, I called the customer service and got helped.

The thing was the line was busy the whole time, and it took me a long time to get connected.

Fortunately, I could talk to the customer representative and decided to get an exchange.

I felt like I got ripped-off.

It was not worth the money.

 

Since then, I try to be more careful when I buy something online.

I decided to read all the reviews from the previous customers and it helps me make better decisions when  I buy something online.

I can avoid buying things that are different from my expectations.

It was definitely one of the most memorable incidents I have ever had while shopping.

 

쇼핑에 관련해서는, 나는 쇼핑몰을 걸어다니면서 시간을 소모하는 걸 좋아하지 않아.

그래서 나는 온라인 쇼핑을 더 선호해.

그 뿐만 아니라, 주중에 일 때문에 바쁘기 때문에 주말에는 자녀들과 더 많은 시간을 보내려고 노력해.

 

음, 한 달전에 온라인쇼핑을 했던 게 기억나.

나는 가족휴가를 위해 일본 여행을 계획하고 있었어.

여행을 위한 물품들을 구매하고 싶었지

나는 청바지랑 파란 스웨터 그리고 모자도 샀어.

배송은 정말 빨랐어.

 

하지만 내가 받아 본 모든 물품들은 내가 기대하던 것과 약간씩 달랐어.

엄청 실망스러웠어.

내가 할 수 있는건 없었어.

그래서 고객 상담센터에서 전화를 했고 도움을 받았어.

중요한 것은 전화가 계속 통화중이어서 연결되기까지 엄청 오랜 시간이 걸렸어.

다행스럽게도 고객 상담 담당자와 이야기할 수 있었고, 교환하기로 결정했어.

바가지를 쓴 기분이었어.

돈을 쓴 보람이 없었어.

 

그때 이후로는 뭔가 온라인으로 구매할 땐 더 조심하려고 노력해.

이전 구매자들의 후기를 모두 읽어보기로 결심했어 왜냐면 내가 온라인으로 뭔가 구매할 때 이 방법이 더 나은 결정을 할 수 있도록 도와주거든.

내 기대와 다른 물건을 사지 않도록 만들수 있어.

이게 내가 쇼핑하면서 겪었던 기억 중 가장 기억에에 사건이야.
