Answer

I have been so busy these days, so I had no time to go shopping.
Instead, I decided to shop online.
(Because of the spread of COVID-19 or pandemic, I don't like to walk around while putting my mask on.)

I remember when I shopped online a month ago.
I was going to travel to Japan to visit my friend.
I wanted to buy something for the trip.
I bought a pair of jeans, a blue sweater, and even a hat.

The shipping was fast.
However, everything I got was little different from what I expected.
I was very disappointed. 

There was nothing I could do.

So, I called the customer service and got helped.
The thing was the line was busy the whole time, and it took me a long time to get connected.

Fortunately,

I could talk to the customer representative and decided to get an exchange/get a refund/keep the items.
I felt like I got ripped off. It was not worth the money.

Since then, I try to be more careful when I buy something online.
I decided to read all the reviews before buying things that might be different from my expectations.
It was definitely one of the most memorable incidents I have ever had while shopping.

 

내가 요새 엄청 바빴어, 그래서 쇼핑 갈 시간이 없었어.

계속 통화 중이라서 연결될 때까지는 정말 오랜시간이 걸렸어.

 

다행스럽게도 고객 담당자랑 대화할 수 있었고, 교환받기로/환불하기로/그냥 쓰기로 결심했어.

바가지를 쓴 기분이었어. 돈 쓴 보람이 없더라고..

 

그때 이후로는, 온라인으로 뭘 살 때 더 신중하려고 노력해.

내 예상과 다를 수도 있는 물품을 살 때는 그 전에 모든 구매 후기들을 읽어보기로 했어.

이게 쇼핑하면서 겪었던 단연코 가장 기억에 남는 사건 중 하나야.
